Please keep in mind our custom and handmade pieces are made individually; therefore, each piece is one of a kind and no two pieces are exactly alike. Custom/Personalized orders cannot be cancelled, changed, returned, or refunded at any time. All sales are final on custom orders.
You may return any non-monogrammed or non-personalized purchase within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or exchange as long as the merchandise is in resalable condition. Products eligible for return must be unworn/unused and in new condition. We will work within reason to accommodate all requests and resolve all issues promptly. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping and re-stocking fees may apply.
Custom/Personalized Items are not returnable. We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. All custom/personalized pieces are FINAL sale.
Requesting a Return - Email email@example.com to let us know you would to request a return, include a brief description of your exchange/return. You will receive an email confirming the request and instructions on how to proceed. Do not ship your item until you receive confirmation from us that we will honor your request. There is no refund or reimbursement on shipping/handling charges for returned merchandise.
We reserves the right to modify this policy based on individual circumstances.

All shipping rates are calculated at the time of purchase. Standard and Expedited shipping is available through USPS and FedEx.
Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.
There is a non- refundable $15.00 charge for any address changes on packages that require rerouting as a result of a wrong or incorrect address entered during the checkout process. If an order is returned as a result of an incorrect address the customer is responsible for the total cost to reship. If an order is returned as a result of a wrong shipping address, the customer is responsible for the reshipping charges.
We currently accept master card and visa credit card payments as well as paypal. We cannot accept checks or money orders for online orders. We currently only accept US currency forms of payment.
You will only be charged sales tax if your order is being shipped to Louisiana.
